I am looking for a decent program to help me lose weight. I need to drop about 30/35 lbs. I hope this is the program I am looking for and also hope it will have recipes.

I have previously lost a lot of weight (almost 80 pounds!), but it always creeps back.

COUNT ME IN! I am currently in need of dropping 20, but struggle to find a way of eating that matches my busy lifestyle, food allergies, and my love for good food.

OK, I'll pop in a little higher than the rest of you with 45 to go to healthy (10 down already!). I need to continue my total change of eating and nutritional education, I am so old school (but I'm not that old!)
We have low carb (but not diabetic) concerns and a family of 5 to feed. I'm interested in a positive resource that I can use to make complete meal plans and fun exercise activities for all of us! I'd also like to be able to share what has worked for us, since I know I'm not the only one in this situation! I've been looking at ways to save money too.
