Frankly, here's the truth...
I'm really excited about the overwhelming number of responses I've received from people eager to join our weightloss program starting this Tuesday (Apr 8th).
People are saying things like "Count me in! Where do I sign up."
It's funny because I haven't even provided details on what the program is all about.
Therefore, I thought I'd tell you more about it in this post. You might want to print this out because it's important.
Through all the feedback we received, there were two replies which really tell the whole story:
First Quote:
"There are so many diets out there, and I have tried a few... How do you really know which one is good for you and your busyschedule, family, yo-yo history of dieting? Why is it so hard tostart and stay in the game until the finish?"
Second Quote:
"I would like to find something that delivers - a good, healthy way of living. I'm not looking for the "fast fix" - drop 30 lbs. in 30 days! I want a way to live and be healthy for the rest of my life."
The truth is, long term health is not a one-time event such as a crash diet. Long term weight loss and improved health requires a change in your lifestyle fostered through three things:
1) Education, tools & resources
2) Motivation and support
3) Finding enjoyable alternatives
Frankly, I don't advise you to be on a "diet." Why? Because the only thing on your mind when you're dieting is reaching your goal and getting off this darn diet. You can't wait to start eating the foods you enjoy again. That's normal and it's the reason why most people put the weight back on much quicker than they took it off.
Our program starting this Tuesday will focus on helping you achieve long term results while living a lifestyle you will enjoy.
We Will Help You:
- Learn all you need to know to live a healthy lifestyle through Greg's program and his 25+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
- Find healthy low-fat recipes and meals you actually like to eat. We will provide a regular distribution of healthy low-fat recipes you can try, with the goal of finding alternative dishes you really enjoy.
- Discover quick and easy exercises you can do in your spare time. Our library on the website will have all kinds of instructional videos including Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, etc. Our goal is to help you find an activity you like doing and can ease into gradually. You be surprised what you can still do once you just get started.
- Stay motivated from our support community. Studies show that you have a greater chance of sticking to a program if you do it with a friend. The first thing you will do on the site is state your goal and make a public commitment on the site to reach it. You will have a fitness buddy on the website to keep you on the right path. You will also be able to join a support group which shares your common interests.
- Get the right tools to get organized and track your results. You will have a daily log on the site to keep track of your diet and activities. Our fitness experts will periodically check your log and make recommendations to ensure you're on the right track.
You will also receive recipe management software to quickly organize your meals, print grocery lists, and view the nutritional details for your recipes.
These are just some of the things we are offering with our program starting on Tuesday.

The price for this program will be announced in my next post. You'll be surprised by how reasonable it is - much less than other programs. This project is really about helping people more than anything else.
